1. Independent user expression

Reviews, ratings, votes, comments, images, and reports are submitted by independent users and represent their own experiences and opinions. Pehly Parkho does not ordinarily create those statements and does not adopt them as its own.

Displaying content does not mean we endorse it, agree with it, have proved it, or have declared the reviewed entity good, bad, safe, unsafe, lawful, unlawful, fraudulent, or trustworthy.

2. Freedom of expression has legal limits

Pehly Parkho supports lawful consumer expression and the right to share honest experiences. Article 19 of Pakistan’s Constitution protects speech and expression subject to reasonable restrictions imposed by law.

That protection is not a licence to publish knowingly false factual allegations, defamation, threats, harassment, private data, contemptuous material, infringement, or other unlawful content. Each contributor remains responsible for their statements.

3. No factual adjudication

We may assess whether content appears to comply with platform rules, but we are not a court or investigative authority and do not finally determine disputed facts. Moderation decisions are risk-management and community-safety decisions, not judicial findings.

4. No affiliation or endorsement

Company pages may be unclaimed and may use names, marks, or publicly available information solely for identification. Unless expressly stated, no listing means that the business sponsors, controls, approves, or is affiliated with Pehly Parkho.

5. Ratings and automated outputs

Scores, rankings, trends, summaries, and comparisons depend on available data, user activity, moderation, and calculation rules. They may be incomplete, delayed, or changed and must not be treated as professional advice or a guarantee.

6. Brand right of reply and correction

A brand may correct objective listing details, identify an authorised representative, respond to criticism, or challenge specific content through the Legal & Content Notice process. We encourage factual, evidence-based replies and may display competing accounts without endorsing either.

7. Notice-and-action, not automatic takedown

We review sufficiently specific complaints in good faith. Negative sentiment alone is not a policy violation, and a bare assertion that content is “defamatory” may be insufficient. Notices should identify exact content, legal or policy grounds, supporting evidence, authority to complain, and the remedy requested.

We may remove, restrict, label, preserve, restore, or leave content available depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

8. Third-party decisions and losses

Users make their own purchasing and business decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pehly Parkho is not responsible for transactions, lost sales, reputation claims, expected profits, or other consequences attributed to independent user content or reliance on platform information.

9. Legal framework and non-waivable rights

Platform activity may be subject to the Constitution of Pakistan, the Pakistan Penal Code provisions concerning defamation, the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 as amended, applicable provincial defamation laws, court orders, and other applicable legislation.

This disclaimer does not override applicable law, grant immunity to Pehly Parkho or any user, restrict a lawful remedy, or exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
