• Your full legal name, organisation, contact details, and authority to act.
• The exact Pehly Parkho URL and exact words, image, or information disputed.
• A specific policy or legal ground—not only that the content is negative.
• Relevant unedited evidence, with unnecessary personal data redacted.
• The precise remedy requested: correction, reply, restriction, removal, or preservation.
• A good-faith declaration that the notice and supporting information are accurate.

What happens next

1. We check whether the notice is sufficiently complete and whether urgent interim action is reasonably necessary.
2. We may request identity, authority, context, original records, or further evidence.
3. Where appropriate and safe, we may notify the contributor and allow clarification or a response.
4. We document the outcome and may preserve relevant records for security, moderation, or legal purposes.
