Seller Score is out of 100, never out of 5 stars. A company rating is the star rating; the two are different things.
- 2
A seller is scored and ranked once they have at least 3 approved reviews, so a single review can never read as a verdict. Below that the card shows “No score yet”, and with no reviews it shows “No reviews yet”.
- 3
The score is the share of a seller’s approved reviews that ended in a successful delivery, scaled to 0–100 with light smoothing, so one positive review never reads as 100.
- 4
Only evidence an admin verified counts. A pending, ignored or rejected review changes no score, no count and no warning.
- 5
A scam report with proof verified by Pehly Parkho caps the score immediately, even with a single review: one verified report caps it at 35, two at 20, three or more at 10, and the profile shows a public warning. Positive reviews, even with proof, never lift that cap — only an admin reversing the report does.

Changing the contact number costs points: a fixed deduction per change (up to 3 changes counted), doubled when the change happened while a verified scam report was on the profile or the score was already low. Every old number stays visible on the profile, so a new number never hides an old record.
